HDTI 2025
LISC NJ is pleased to announce that applications to the Housing Development Training Institute (HDTI) program are now open. This comprehensive training provides a practical, hands-on approach to affordable housing development, guiding participants through the real estate development process from concept to lease-up and sales. Through site visits, case studies, and simulations, participants gain in-depth knowledge of community development strategies while building a strong peer network for ongoing professional support. Emerging developers with early-stage projects, as well as established professionals, are encouraged to apply.

The program runs over four months (April through June) with two-day sessions held twice a month. Applications are due by March 14, 2025.
Location
The in-person sessions will be held at various locations in New Jersey, featuring site visits to real-world development projects. Specific venue details will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
