New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is committed to increasing diversity and participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) on NJDOT projects. The “Bridge to Success” Supportive Services Program (SSP), developed by r6catalyst, is NJDOT’s innovative and exciting new Executive Development Program for DBEs in the heavy/highway construction industry.
The SSP is aimed to assist certified DBE contractors gain access to resources and tools to succeed in New Jersey’s lucrative infrastructure and transportation industry.
